I toasted a slice of Guiltless 7 Seed Sandwich Bread, then put it in the blender (I use a @vitamix), and you instantly have perfect gluten-free, grain-free, low-carb and delicious Paleo breadcrumbs!! Use them in meat loaves, meatballs, for breading of chicken or fish, or of any other recipe where you'd like breadcrumbs without the guilt!
